1. These terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what happens to personal data.

2. Who runs this site

This site is published by the organising committee of the Tour of Armenia, a Class 2.2 international road race registered on the UCI Europe Tour and held from 10 to 13 September 2026. Contact: info@tour-of-armenia.com.

3. Using the site

You may read this site, quote from it with attribution, and link to it. You may not:

• copy the site or a substantial part of it to publish elsewhere as your own;
• attempt to gain access to the administration area, a user account, or any part of the service not intended for the public;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by automated requests at a rate that degrades it for other people;
• submit false information through the accreditation form, or apply on behalf of somebody who has not asked you to.

4. The brand, the photographs and the race data

The Tour of Armenia name, the wordmark and the marks derived from it, the design of this site, and the photographs, films, route maps and stage profiles published on it belong to the organising committee or to the people who licensed them to us.

The logo files and brand guide offered on the media page are provided for one purpose: editorial and promotional coverage of the Tour of Armenia. You may use them in reporting on the race. You may not recolour, redraw, stretch or otherwise alter the wordmark, use it on merchandise, or use it in a way that suggests the race endorses a product, a service or an opinion. Any other use needs our written permission.

Photographs published here may be used to report on the race where a credit is given. They may not be resold or relicensed.

5. Media accreditation

Submitting the accreditation form is an application, not an accreditation. The organising committee decides each application and is not obliged to explain a refusal.

A pass is personal, is issued for the named holder only, and may not be lent or transferred. It may be withdrawn at any time if the information given in the application turns out to be false, if the holder does not follow the instructions of the race organisation, the commissaires or the police, or if the holder’s conduct endangers riders, staff or the public.

Accredited media work at their own risk in and around a live race. Following the race means accepting the safety instructions given by the organisation, and access to any closed area depends on them.

6. Race information and results

The route, the timetable, the startlist and the teams are published in good faith and can change. A route can be altered for weather, road works or safety, and a rider or a team can withdraw at any time up to the start.

Results appear on this site as they are released. They are provisional until the commissaires sign them, and the official classifications issued under the UCI regulations always prevail over anything shown here. Where the two differ, the commissaires’ decision is the result.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to other organisations, including partners, the UCI, social networks, and tourism and travel information. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and their privacy policies are theirs.

8. Availability

We work to keep this site available and correct, particularly during race week, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may take it down for maintenance without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the organising committee is not liable for loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on information published here, including a changed route, a corrected result, or a period during which the site was unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Personal data

What happens to personal data collected through this site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to the competent courts of Yerevan. Sporting matters, including the conduct of the race, results and disciplinary questions, are governed by the UCI regulations and the rules of the Armenian Cycling Federation.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page, with its date. Questions about them go to info@tour-of-armenia.com.
